As part of a festive ceremony, a total of 36 graduates from the bachelor’s and master’s programmes were farewelled in person, along with, for the first time, graduates of the MBA distance learning programme.
In addition to the heads of the on-campus programmes – Joachim Bongard, Ansgar Eidens and Betty Siegel – and the head of the distance learning programme, Prof. Dr Alexander Habasche, lecturer Thomas Grede and the university’s president, Prof. Dr h.c. Shan Fan, also addressed the graduates personally. In their speeches, they paid tribute to the students’ achievements and emphasised the importance of lifelong learning and international exchange.
A particularly special moment was the farewell to Hans Meuers, who has taught for many years both in Germany and China and has made a significant contribution to academic teaching.
The event was not only a moment of farewell, but also a celebration of new beginnings. We warmly congratulate all our graduates and wish them every success and happiness for the future!
