Integration of the innovative CEWE MYPHOTOS cloud solution within the existing complex multi-channel sales organization
In a 3-month project with the Brand University of Applied Sciences, CEWE, Europe's market leader in photo services, took the opportunity to analyze a new product offering from an academic perspective, both in terms of content and marketing and sales tactical requirements. The aim was to gain insights for further development and marketing.
After 2 months, an interim presentation was made with good results. In the remaining 4 weeks until the final presentation, further qualitative progress was made.
The final presentation was a worthy conclusion to this challenging and complex topic in every respect. The results were excellently elaborated and covered the entire spectrum of trend, offer and function analysis, competition and target group analysis through to the determination of market potential, taking into account a multi-channel sales system, as well as fundamental aspects of positioning, brand management and communication.
