Hamburger Volksbank

The 5th semester Brand Management worked together with the Hamburger Volksbank in the advanced module service marketing.
The project with the local bank focused on the diversity of Hamburg.

Under the direction of lecturer Claudia Tobis, three groups worked intensively on, among other things, target group and competitor analyses and visited several branch managers on site in their banks to conduct interviews.

Based on their newly gained insights, the students developed ideas and concepts for the appearance of the Hamburg branches.

Like the briefing at the kick-off event, the final presentation took place at the headquarters of the Hamburger Volksbank. In addition to marketing managers and branch managers, representatives of the management board were also present to view the concepts developed by our students.

All sides benefited on this occasion from a great exchange.
We would like to thank the Hamburger Volksbank for the cooperation and for the opportunity to let our students gain valuable practical experience in service marketing.
