Student Service

Our Student Service coordinates all processes related to the students’ everyday life and is the contact for all administrative questions concerning studies, e.g. HVV ticket, enrolment, health insurance certificates and much more.

The team is also responsible for international student services, it takes care of all questions concerning the life of foreign students and applicants, from visa matters, to student accommodation, insurance etc.

The opening hours of the library (room B5) are:

  • Tuesday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Information on borrowing ebooks is available to our students via Moodle.
