First students from Ningbo start 2+2 program at Brand University

“Welcome to Hamburg” was the message on October 12th for the first students of the new 2+2 program of our cooperation with the Zhejiang Wanli University in Ningbo. The group had been looking forward to this moment for a long time, as they started their studies in China two years ago and will now continue them in English in Hamburg for another two years at Brand University.

What is special about the cooperation within the 2+2 program is that students will hold two degrees in their hands at the end of their studies: the German Bachelor of Arts and the Chinese equivalent.

Since not everyone was able to arrive at the same time due to the coronavirus pandemic, the first week was taught online and in attendance as hybrid classes. But now everyone is on site and can start together into an exciting semester and unforgettable chapter of their studies.
