The 5th Semester at the Brand Academy was involved the challenge of answering a service marketing briefing for Hamburg’s Hotel Grand Elysée, which is part of the Block Group.
The main theme was how to activate new potential target groups in the Hamburg metropolitan area so that they engage with Grand Elysée’s service portfolio, which was shown to students in a fascinating backstage tour.
The focus of the work was on the spa area and the diverse catering services provided. But before the specialisation seminar produced its creative action recommendations, the Hotel Grand Elysée has been subjected to a thorough analysis of its market, brand and target group.
The Brand University of Applied Sciences had a great time working on this project.
